There are 2 public parks, one within a few 100 yards, and one about a mile away, where there are walking trails and sidewalks, ponds for fishing, disc golf course, baseball fields, skate park, tennis courts, splash pad, & picnic areas. This is an upstairs unit with carpet in living and bedrooms and faux wood in kitchen and baths. There are no pets allowed in upstairs units.
