The home is less than a block from Main Street and The Triangle the center of town, where the farmers market happens on Sundays in the spring and summer. Two microbreweries, a distillery, and most of Emmaus' best restaurants are less than a five-minute walk away. For outdoor lovers, the South Mountain Nature Preserve and Wildland's Conservancy are each less than two miles away, and include more than 10-miles of combined runnable and rideable single track trails. Tenant is responsible for utilities, including gas, electricity, cable/wifi, and water/sewer. Municipal trash is included with rent. There is a $50 pet fee per month per animal (max 2).
