hello! I have a house to rent beginning mid-november. The location is GREAT in Emmaus. It's downtown and I personally love being able to walk to Funks brewery, the movie theatre, and I get my coffee fix every morning at south mountain cycle and cafe. There's a great selection of specialty shops and restaurants within walking distance as well. The house has off-street parking. It's very spacious - 1400 sq ft. Economical utilities. Hard wood floors on the first floor. Most importantly, I'm looking for a respectful tenant. I've put my heart and money into the place and I would love someone who appreciates that and will take care of it :-)
