We are renting one large master bedroom 180 sq.ft in our 1553 sq.ft. townhouse w/a walk-in closet, a private en-suite bathroom, walk-in closet, resort-style amenities, and only 5 miles from the beach. Our place is move-in ready with a fully furnished room, kitchen, and common areas. We have amazing amenities, including a huge, heated pool, tennis court, pickleball court, basketball court, fitness center, and a children's playground. It's a safe and quiet neighborhood with very low through traffic. We have A/C, plenty of parking for you and your guests, and in-unit laundry. We're walking distance from the San Luis Rey Mission, & a safe and flat 6-mile bike trail to ride to the beach. We have a wide range of toys, sports equipment, and gear, including a tandem Kayak, bikes, surfboards, beach gear, and camping gear, gas and pellet grills - too much to list (See photos). We also have extra refrigerators. Included in rent - Internet, cable TV, water, trash, Netflix, Disney, and Amazon Prime. What's not included - Gas & Electric. If you don't have enough for the initial $1,200 (one month's rent) deposit, we can work it into your rent until the deposit amount is achieved. The lease is for 6 months and then becomes month-to-month thereafter. We love all animals, but due to severe allergies, we are unable to allow pets. We are looking for a roommate who doesn't smoke anything, has no vices, is drug-free, respectful, clean, honest, and easy to get along with. We want a drama-free home. We are open to all people. Due to the presence of our young children, we will require a background check. We offer a few rental options: 1. $1,200/mo. For a single individual.* 2. $1,600/mo for a single parent with one child.* 3. $1,800/mo. For a couple or shares (2 people max). *$400 rent reduction for single renters if you're interested in house cleaning and laundry assistance.
