Approved dogs will require an additional $100 per month pet rent. Breed, size, and quantity restrictions may apply. Tenant must promptly report maintenance issues, water leaks, mechanical failures, or property damage. Tenant is responsible for replacing light bulbs, smoke detector batteries, and other minor consumable items. No unauthorized occupants or subleasing without prior written approval. No commercial business operations may be conducted on the property without written approval. Tenant must comply with all local laws, ordinances, HOA rules, and community regulations (if applicable). Renters insurance is required and must be maintained throughout the lease term. Property must be returned in substantially the same condition as received, normal wear and tear excepted.
