All appliances in the kitchen are very new and work very well. The kitchen and living room have dark hardwood floors. The bedroom is carpeted and has a walk-in closet. There is a washer and dryer in the unit. Unit also has heating and air conditioning. The building also has free wifi! The apartment complex has great amenities. There is a large pool and a hot tub that are open year round. There is a great gym/yoga studio in the building open 24/7. It also has a common area with a full kitchen, ping pong, and pool tables. There is also a computer lab with 3 computers and a printer/scanner/fax machine. There is a heated parking garage below the complex. One spot comes free with the apartment. You also get a storage unit. On top of each building in the complex, there is a rooftop patio. They have grills and tables to hang out at. There is also a fire pit and putting green. The move in date is August 9th, 2015. My lease runs until November 17th, 2015. If you want this apartment, you would be taking over the remainder of my lease. At which point, you could renew it yourself. My rent is $1575, but if you wanted to get this apartment through the complex it would be $1865 so you would be getting a bargain. Tenant pays electric, water, and gas.
