The perfect location for beach living and access to medical facilities. We purchased this condo to be close to the beach and Mayo Clinic. This condo is on the first floor and wheelchair accessible with handicapped parking just outside entry to our walkway. A strong feature of the unit is the condo was empty for months before we moved in while the subfloor was completely rebuilt. This year I paid several hundred dollars for a thorough foundation inspection and the report was solid. There are many walkers in the neighborhood, which by the way, is very quiet, restful and serene.
