The living-room has a wall-length window for PLENTY of natural light. Access to Washer and dryer on site. 2 off street parking spots. This is all in an awesome 2 story house in Shoreline with a 2 car garage that works as a nice storage, laundry room and gym (available for you to use) . We live in a quiet neighborhood just a few blocks from the bus line, QFC and Rite Aide. Also very close to Fred Meyer and many other shopping centers. The rent is $1600/month including all utilities (Water/Power/Gas/Sewage/Garbage included). (And highspeed internet is available for an additional internet for an extra fee) As far as pets go, well, unless its in a tank, sorry no pets. To move in, you would need first and last months rent, as well as a damage deposit in advance, along with a 1 year rental agreement and would also need to pass a background/credit check . We do have a lot of fun here. Lots of good positive and progressive people around. We stay pretty active, and most of us are artists and/or entrepreneurs.
