Please be courteous to the adjacent neighbors and the tenants living around you at all times by keeping noise volumes to a reasonable level. From 10 PM to 8 AM, please adhere to very strict quiet hours when noise is to be kept at an absolute minimum. Do not flush anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products, baby wipes, contraceptives, nor paper towels should be flushed at any time. If it is found that any of these items have been flushed and clog the septic system, you could be held responsible for the cost of repair. Absolutely no smoking or vaping of any kind inside the apartment. Absolutely no parties or events. We are a family living upstairs and have two young children who you may hear at times happily playing and running around as children often do.
