Woodlawn City Park is 4 blocks away. Bus lines are right there on Dekum street. 1st/Last Month's rent and 500$ deposit required before move in. Tenant pays 1/2 of Water/Trash/Electric/Fuel Oil/Cable-Internet Tenant must mow lawn. Additional Deposits required for pets.
