Brand new house located just 15 minutes to downtown and 15 minutes to the Domain! This house is located in a safe and beautiful neighborhood. We have a community pool as well. As the homeowner, I am living on site. Any issues that arise can be taken directly to me. You will have your own room. 4 people will be residing in this property, including you. You will share a bathroom with 2 people, but you can use the other bathroom if necessary. Renters and I split the cost of water, gas, electric, and internet. Split 4 ways, expect your utility cost to be approximately $75. There is a $750 refundable security deposit. Lease term goes until 8/1 when I have another tenant coming in. No smoking. I expect tenants to keep their room and common spaces reasonably clean. Specifically, cleaning the common bathroom at least once per month, and not leaving food out.
