Great backyard with a hidden pond. It is like you are in your own oasis. Screened in back porch allows you to enjoy the outdoors all year long on nice days. Quiet and friendly neighbors. Electric dog fence. Basement and storage area (or a 3 season) room above the garage. Shed in the backyard. I will leave the lawnmower and weedeater. Pets allowed (up to 2 dogs) with extra $500 deposits. The renter is responsible for electricity, water, sewer, and gas. House is freshly painted a year ago. House and carpets will be professionally cleaned before tenants move in. No smoking. I am looking for someone who will take care of my home while I am not living in it. It is a small 3 bedroom house. The pictures posted on Zillow are from when I moved in here 2 years ago. The inside has been repainted. The room above the garage is not insulated, therefore not livable. It has an electric heater/ac that is expensive! I use that space as storage. The back yard has access to a pond, and there isn't a fence which makes me very hesitant to rent to families with small kids, or children who cannot swim. I am not taking vouchers. I am looking for someone who has good references, income, and credit.
