An upper level master bedroom and office (4th bedroom) are used by the owner. Tenant will use the living surface of approximately up to 2300 square feet in total: * 2 bedrooms on lower level, * 2 full baths (1 on lower and 1 on upper level), and * all common areas of the house A two car garage will have 1 parking lot available, plus generous parking space on the driveway.
