JUNE 2018 Update- We live here 24/7 all year. Some of our neighbors live near us -as a second home. Our end unit faces the water. Beautiful setting in mature neighborhood where children are most welcome. Bogue Sound views from every room on first floor and master bedroom. We cook & visit with guests while being in a "unique to Oak Bluff" Great Room. Friends and family astounded by large amount of storage-everywhere. ( The remodel ideas were from BOTH a designer AND an engineer !) Non smoking home. Pets welcomed, but never lived in our home. We walk right to the water's edge , our 2 car slots, walk to get mail, visit neighbors, use the pool, play tennis and marina. Bike anywhere.
