We have a very cute 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom duplex for rent. We have totally redone this older home - the plumbing and electrical systems are all new. It features central heating and cooling with a unit in each room allowing you to individually control the temperature of each room separately. Porcelain tile and hardwood flooring. There are ceiling fans in all rooms. A small fenced yard is also included. There are brand new appliances provided - a refrigerator, stove and dishwasher. This is an all electric place and we also added new windows to help with efficiency. The really special thing about this place is we added authentic reclaimed tin ceiling tiles in the living room and bedroom. They are gorgeous and add a lot of charm. Tenant is responsible for all bills and the yard maintenance. Grass must be kept mowed at all times. There is a large fenced parking area for vehicles. The bathroom was gutted and everything is brand new including all fixtures. There is a very nice porcelain floored bathroom with a bathtub/shower and all new fixtures. There are washer/dryer connections as well. Pets may be considered on a case to case basis with a non refundable one time pet fee - we do not charge pet rent. Any pet must be neutered or spayed and be current on all shots. No chaining of animals is allowed and any aggressive breed must have pet insurance. You must have renter's liability insurance for your personal property or sign a waiver releasing us of any responsibility. We DO NOT accept HUD or housing vouchers. Lease term is 1 year and the rent is $1000 per month with a $1000 security deposit. Applicants must pre qualify by filling out a Zillow application online first - then we will schedule a showing. Maximum occupancy per one bedroom is 3 persons. All persons over 18 years old must fill out an application whether they are responsible for paying the rent or not. No smoking allowed on property.
