Very nice location in a very nice community at a very nice price!! As if location, community and price were not enough.. the fees are only $176 a month!! Once you have seen the other available condos in Bradenton, save the last visit for this one. This clean, ground floor, courtyard located, 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom end unit will not disappoint you. Kitchen, entry, dining and bathrooms are all done with ceramic tile, the balance of living area and bedrooms are laminate flooring. The wall between the dining room and kitchen has been removed to allow for an open feel for that area. A stack washer/dryer has been added to keep you from going to the community facility located at the clubhouse. The screened and glassed lanai opens directly to the main courtyard of Second Bayshore where you will find the heated pool, clubhouse and shuffleboard courts. A concrete sidewalk right to the rear door makes getting around easy. Shopping is also convenient, there is a large shopping plaza within 2/10th of a mile from the community. If beaches are the draw for you, our gulf beaches are about 8 mile away. Transit is also close by and runs frequently during the day.
