The home is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom with lots of character and handmade details, including a large built-in pantry, live-edge counters, vaulted ceilings, wood and tile floors, and large front and back decks. The primary bathroom has a large soaking tub and a walk-in concrete shower. The property is really what makes this place special. There are 14 established raised garden beds, a greenhouse, mature fruit trees and berries, perennial herbs and other edible plants, and plenty of room to garden. We've spent years building and growing this little homestead, so a lot of the hard work of establishing everything has already been done. The acre is fenced with large wood and metal gates and has lots of outdoor space for kids, gardening, projects, or just enjoying having some breathing room.
