The condo has been updated with quality materials; granite countertops, custom cabinets, smooth ceilings, wood cabinets that extend to the ceiling for extra storage space, coffee bar, tiled kitchen floor, and backsplash; Soaking tub/shower with tiled walls, stainless steel appliances (stove, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator); ice-maker, drop leaf kitchen table; queen size bed with an excellent mattress; queen size Sofa hide-a-bed; Large TV, washer/dryer, tankless water heater, and ample parking. Although there is only 1 bedroom there are two built-in bunk beds as well as a queen sofa sleeper. There are two closets in the bedroom as well as a double dresser. Two storage bins are located under the bunk beds for additional storage. Grocery stores, drug stores, restaurants, and fast food places are just across the Inter-coastal waterway. This is a monthly rental though I will consider longer stays (the price is discounted for two and three-month rentals). It's well worth climbing the stairs to the third floor for the unbelievable view and no noise from the unit above you! You will love it here. Just look at my reviews on Airbnb! This place feels like home. I designed & remodeled the condo for myself using top-of-the-line furnishings and materials. If you desire a relaxing atmosphere with nice furnishing, lots of amenities, and a million-dollar view, the Cuckoo's Nest is for you. A monthly utility fee of $259 will be added to the monthly rental rate of $1199, for a total of $1458. The utilities covered are electric, water/sewer, Wi-Fi, cable, parking and trash. Rental insurance is recommended but not required. To be considered as a tenant, please provide the last 3 months' paycheck stubs, driver's license and references. No need to apply if you have a poor credit rating, criminal record, rental evictions or don't qualify financially. Qualified applicants may contact me through Zillow.
