The 2nd floor bonus room has been converted into a 2nd master suite with full bath, closet and porch overseeing conservation across Kinnan Street. Ground floor has 4 large bedrooms including the master suite with huge bathroom. There are two more full baths on the main floor. There is a large office as well. Our backyard has been landscaped with ample trees and plants. We have a 3-car garage. The far right spot is currently a 1/2 spot as we built an additional office (with a.c. unit) that takes up 1/2 car space. The other 1/2 space is used for storage (lawn mower, bicycles etc.). The office walls can easily be torn down to have a full, 3-car garage. Brand new A.C. unit installed in April 2013.
