This also comes with a recliner and TV. This also has a motorized chair lift to get you from the bottom floor to the second and back down, perfect for older adults. All bedrooms are on the 2nd floor. There is also a one car garage, with an extra fridge for any needs you may have. All utilities are included in the rent, cable TV, internet, Water, Sewer, Electric and Gas. Vacation Rental only - 30 day minimum Owner pays for all utilities. No Smoking. No Parties. No parking on the street. No pets.
