Long stay welcome! - My space is 440 sqft and perfect for 2 people. Although not located in the prime tourist areas, it is 10-15 minutes to the Riverwalk, Medical Center, and downtown. This house is located in one of San Antonio's oldest residential neighborhoods with a mix of residential and commercial properties. Guests will have full privacy to the space, indoor and outdoor, and full access to the high speed internet connection, kitchen, and on site parking. This space is half of a duplex. But rest assured there is a separate and private entrance. There is no connecting door whatsoever between the 2 units. Guests will have private and full use of the indoor space and back patio. My property, as most of the houses in the neighborhood, is an older home. It is a simple home with ample space for 2 people. The home is a good fit for guests who are looking for an alternative to staying in hotels while being in and enjoying San Antonio. It might not be a good fit for someone who is looking for a higher-end property with hotel level amenities. Though simple and straightforward, I want my house to be a comfortable and cozy place for my guests. I know traveling can be stressful and a comfortable home away from home is so necessary. The house is on West Ave and Santa Monica. Please do a street view research prior to making a booking. This is an area where occasional neighborhood revitalization efforts occur and has older residential houses. The bathroom has a shower with rain shower head inside a shower stall.
