My space is 440 sqft in a mix area of residential and commercial in one of San Antonio's oldest neighborhoods. A free dedicated parking is available for guests right in front of the entrance. The Riverwalk, Downtown, Medical Center, and St. Mary's Strip are 10-15 minutes away by car. HEB grocery store is 2 minutes away by car. High speed internet, full kitchen, and parking are available for guests. There is also a dedicated work space for guests. This space is half of a duplex. But rest assured there is a separate and private entrance. There is no connecting door whatsoever between the 2 units. Guests will have private and full use of the indoor space and back patio. My property, as most of the houses in the neighborhood, is an older home. It is a simple home with ample space for 2 people. The home is a good fit for guests who are looking for an alternative to staying in hotels while being in and enjoying San Antonio. It might not be a good fit for someone who is looking for a higher-end property with hotel level amenities. Though simple, I want my house to be a comfortable and cozy place for my guests.
