Our rental townhouse is located in the Four Seasons/ Northridge Station just 10 minutes from Interstate 80 and the Crossings Premium Outlets and just 5 minutes from a wonderful state park with tons of play space and Barley Creek Brewing Company. We are across the road from Camelback ski and tubing mountain and in the summer Camelbeach, which is the biggest waterpark in PA. Our townhouse is 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a queen bed and the two additional bedrooms have extended full sized beds. All rooms have flat screen televisions and the rooms in the front of the house have beautiful views of camelback mountain. We have a washer and dryer on premise, full kitchen with china, glassware and cookware. We have an open concept living and dining room with access to the deck from the living room. The back deck has a table with four chairs and gas grill. There is also a wood burning fireplace in the living room. We share a driveway with the adjacent townhouse but there is room for parking for 1 car and then addition car can park on the street with the other residents on Hawthorne court (we are 1 of only a handful of houses to have their own driveway). You will have access to the community pool, gym and tennis courts.Owner pays for community dues which includes water, snow removal, pool, gym and tennis courts. Renter is responsible for electric and cable.
