There is lots of good stuff for me to tell about this house. First, it's a great deal of space for the money. Three bedrooms & two full bathrooms. There's a very large front to back living/dining room graced by a fireplace. All have hardwood floors. The kitchen although older cabinets & Formica counters has a newer gas range, a center island and opens to the newer sunroom/dining area addition with vaulted ceiling/recessed lights. What a great space! That opens onto the deck which overlooks the spectacular yard. Very pretty yard backed by a brook and the Upper Charles Walking Trail. The first floor bathroom is immaculate with a retro feel. Upstairs are two additional bedrooms (One features a cedar closet), both w/ hardwood & another bathroom. The Burnham Natural Gas boiler is less than three years old. The septic system was new in 2004. Outside, the driveway was recently replaced and there's a new fence. Interior all freshly painted. Easy highway access & close to shopping
