If you don't have all of your own furniture, we have some furniture that we can loan to you. Parking is very close to your door and as large backyard area that you can utilize actually covers over 2 acres of ground. Additional 125 Acre property for picnics and recreations is also available for our resident's use. Hiking, riding, picnics. ATV and snowmobile allowed great views of the valley from our mountain properties. No charge for the use of our land. Free use of available furniture is available. A Lease to own is also possible. The Lease I use is a very simple one page lease, I interview people over the phone or in person to make sure that you're qualified to live in this property. We do have a late charge of 10% of your rent if you're over 10 days or more past due. We also charge a $250 nonrefundable pet deposit. The area that this cabin is in Vallecito Lake Valley is one of the most beautiful areas in the entire nation.
