Our residents also have access to abundant acres of private land nearby . The Land is owned by the owners, this is usable for picnics, hiking and ATV riding.. It is also directly across the street from the hiking trail to Lake Eileen, the property itself is generally surrounded by tall Pine Trees, and Aspens. We also have individual Log Cabin Homes that are available on a Lease to Own arrangement. The lease is for one year, this Silver Streams overall property also offers cabin units on a lease to own basis and generous terms for an occupancy or investment basis. We do require last months rent upon signing the lease. The Pet charge is a $250 non-refundable dog deposit that is if you have a dog or get one. The rent will additionally include an extra cost for All Utilities. This would include Electric, Water, Propane and your use of the Trash container. this additional cost is $220 a month.
