The neighborhood is quite during the day and night. Everyone respects the others privacy but are there for you when you need a helping hand with a project. We have lived in this house for 7 years and have made some really good friends with the neighbors. They are really friendly and care about the upkeep of their homes and yards. The homes are occupied by families, couples of all ages and single career oriented individuals. During the summer you will have the ice cream man, couples walking their dogs and kids riding bikes and playing basketball.
