Hi, I'm looking for a non-smoking roommate to share quiet 3 bedroom, 3 bath Townhouse with me and 2 cats. Amenities: Private room with walk-in closet Private bath Parking space in private 2 car garage Large patio Washer/dryer in unit Central Air Small quiet complex pool and spa (available in summer season) Close to Ventura Blvd - Tarzana Safari Walk shopping area - Providence Tarzana Hospital - Topanga State Park Available immediately - $1,300 plus some utilities Term - Month to month with 30 days' notice. Deposit - $1000 security plus last month's rent. Deposit can be split up across first two months. No smoking allowed inside. Terms are month to month with 30 days notice if you want to leave, but I've never had anyone stay less than 6 months. Most have stayed for 1-3 years. Gas bill comes every other month. I'll only ask you to split it when it gets over $75 which should only be a couple of months in the winter. Electric comes every other month and depends on how much air conditioning we use. The highest bill this summer was $300 split between the two of us covering two months. Internet is $89/ Month, so $44 for you.
