My wife and I are looking to sublease our spacious two bed, two and a half bathroom townhome in southeast Aurora. The townhome is complete with a loft/study, gated deck and storage spacing. The guest bedroom and kitchen also includes a fresh coat of paint to match the grey rooms throughout the house. The townhome is also in a great location just minutes away from amenities such as shopping, dinning and entertainment. The sublease would be available June 1st and would terminate August 31st with an option to renew the lease. Landlords are great to work with, accept pets in the unit, and require a 680 credit score - the only reason we are looking to sublease is due to the fact that we have accepted a job offer in a different state.
