There are interior and exterior access to the basement with a single garage door (with a remote door control) and room for 1 car. If it is used there will be a fee for chimney cleaning services in Spring to be paid to landlord after presentation of the bill by a professional chimney sweep service by the next scheduled rent payment due date. Any non-cleaning/sweep fees such as structural repair, parts, replacement will be covered by the landlord. Accommodation of this service including driveway access to service vehicles, equipment, and interior access to fireplace must be accommodated on a prearranged agreed schedule. This may mean the driveway needs to be emptied for the duration of the service (usually a four hour window) once per year. If tenant(s) do not comply this will serve as grounds for lease termination.
