We remodeled the entire house. We added a pantry, office, bedroom, and bathroom. All new flooring consisting of hardwood floors, carpet and tile, all top of the line. Window treatments, 6” base board and crown molding . A lot of lighting figures. Brand new kitchen with top of the line granite, alder cabinets, all top of the line appliances. Added french doors from sliding doors with alder trim. Wine refrigerator added. Repainted entire house, added rain gutters .Spent about $500,00. Changed entire yard. Put in drip system and planted plants that would do well in heat. On top of drip line put weed cloth and rock that looks like bark. Almost every plant was taken out, left large trees. Added stone to pillars in front and back of house, along with pavers in back patio. Also added flagstone front and back patios. Added a bar-b-q area with a bar for 5 people to sit at. Large counters with stamped concrete with the barbque built in. Above we added a pergala. Below barbque area there are steps down to area with seating , added a water feature that has 5 areas where water flows out into a bed of decorirve rock. By that area we added a fire pit, it’s long and curved, about 6 people could sit in each side. Our view is the 6th green of Redlands Country Club.around the yard we added at least 8 large boulders with our new landscaping. Lighting on trees and plants are throughout entire yard. It took us two years to remodel the inside and out. We added solar panels to the roof, also replaced roof. Also security cameras. Entire house is wired for alarm, heating and A/C, video camera, TV, etc that we can regulate Thru our phones . Like a smart house.
