Note: this is available 4/16/2018, I listed it now, because if you needed something sooner, we could consider using the empty spare room in the main house, until the guest house is available in April. This guest house is not furnished. I failed so save pictures of when it was empty after the remodel. So, some of the pics show couches, bed, and chair. They do however show the tile and wood. It used to be carpet, and it has been removed. Guest house: 1 bedroom, Front room Plus extra room. (3 small rooms) Living room and kitchen, with refrigerator, stove and oven. Full sized Washer, Dryer, private patio and a storage shed. Shared driveway. Pictures need to be updated, due to NEW flooring and paint. I can send new pics soon. Electric and water are already connected. Water is included in the rent. The guest house has its own electric meter, which we read, and bill for monthly. We bill 16 cents per kWh.
