Shared driveway. Note: Place needs to be cleaned again, and pictures need to be updated, due to new flooring and paint. I can send new pics soon. Minimum 6 month lease. Electric and water are already connected. Water is included in the rent. The guest house has its own electric meter, which we read, and bill for monthly. We bill 16 cents per kWh.
