The house is built with the highest quality materials never found in small homes: Douglas Fir beams, bamboo flooring on the main floor and tile flooring in the basement, foot thick walls and roof with double the insulation of most homes, in-floor radiant heat on both floors, wired for high speed internet. The pastoral ambiance when sitting in the porch swing is fabulous. The wood burning stove on the main floor is charming in the winter and able to heat the whole upstairs.
