This would allow us to save on rent costs, and would be much appreciated. This posting is just for the sublet, so your commitment would only be for June 10-July 15, 2017. After the sublet is over, you have the option to renew the lease for a 12-month period starting July 16, 2017 (the renewal rent cost will be around $1249).
