The large main room has plenty of space for a couch, reading chair, TV, and dining table. It has a big bedroom with a walk-in closet, along with a large closet in the hallway between the main room and bedroom--meaning you'll have lots of storage space. There's also a coat closet near the front door. Cozy kitchen with an attached pantry. The bathroom is off the main hall and is right next to the in-unit washer and dryer; both of which work very well. Your windows and balcony face the wooded area behind the apartment so you don't have to deal with parking lot noise. The balcony gets a good amount of sun starting in May; I've grown peppers, tomatoes, lettuce, and beans on the space and you could probably do more! Central air & heat helps keep the apartment cool in the summer and warm in the winter--though being on the third floor you don't need to keep the heat dialed up very often. This would be a lease takeover as I am currently moving to a new place. The lease runs through June, at which point you could sign a new lease or move out. By taking over my lease, you would lock in my rate, which is about $150/month below the market rate. Pets can be included; you will have to pay an additional $25/month. Forgive the clutter in some of the pics, I was in the process of moving out when I took them. I promise it won't come pre-cluttered. The pumpkins are also not included.
