Close to 275, Moffitt, USF. We do NOT allow any pets (no exception), no smoking in and around the premises. One parking spot per unit and visitor parking. Owner pays for water and trash. Tenant has to pay for electricity and internet. Tenant must pay for renter's insurance (approximately $15-25/months). We do not accept tenants with prior evictions (no exception). Must make at least twice the rent per month ($2,200). Must have employment. We check background and credit. We only do 1 year leases with the option to renew. No pets, no smoking, no exception. We ask for first month rent plus one month security deposit to move in (total of $2,200). To apply, we need a $40 non refundable application fee for EACH applicant, TWO forms of ID, your last paystub, and a filled out application that we hand out when showing the unit.
