The kitchen is equipped with stainless-steel appliances, which include an Induction stove with a warming drawer, an Advantium microwave oven and bottom freezer, double door refrigerator. There is also a Reverse osmosis filter system in the kitchen. The original bar was converted into a large walk-in Butler's pantry with cabinets and Granite countertop. There is also a Stand mixer rising shelf under the counter in the pantry. Beautiful Hurricane proof, stained glass double entrance doors with side lights are a wonderful addition to the remodel and a focal point for the front of the house. A New roof was done in 2017 and additional insulation blown into the attic. All ceiling fans were replaced. There is also a water softener system. The original kitchen cabinets and counters were relocated to the garage for great storage and work surfaces. The garage lighting was replaced with LEDs in 2019. The 3 car Garage floor was sealed and treated with blue Grey epoxy in 2019. The Exterior of the house was painted September 2019. Hurricane panels and hurricane reinforcements for the garage doors are included in the sale of the home. The yard is maintained with a lawn irrigation system. The home is close to beaches, Tampa, shopping and zoned for the coveted Palm Harbor schools.
