This beautiful upscale home, in the established neighborhood of Erindale, is a wonderful place to call home during your stay in Colorado Springs. The home is located 3 miles from the south gate of the Air force Academy and 4 miles to UCCS. It is centrally located,, easy access to I25 and perfect for USAFA Graduation, CCU/UCCS graduations, family vacations and just a place to get together with your family and friends. This home is well laid out with lots of room on the inside and a great area to entertain or just relax out back. Inside, this home has three entertainment areas with large screen TVs and either a gas or electric fireplace for extra warmth and ambiance. It also has a newly installed furnace/AC unit to keep everyone comfortable. All the bedrooms have their own TVs with cable except one which has a 36" TV/DVD combo with lots of movies on hand. Also available is Netflix, Hulu, Cable, including the sports package, ping pong and a great tetherball area. There are two grilling areas. On the upper deck is a Traeger grill with instructions and recipes. It is so easy to use. I love my Traeger, and on the lower patio by the fire pit is a large gas grill and cooking area. Bedrooms consist of three on the upper level, each with queen size beds. There are also two bathrooms upstairs. The second level consists of a formal dining set which has seating for 10, a 3 in 1 game table which can be used for dining, poker or remove the top and it is a bumper pool table. This table can be used with the formal dining table to accommodate up to 14. This area also has a comfortable seating area with two recliner rockers and a large screen TV equipped with HULU and Netflix. The kitchen is recently updated, equipped with all the essentials. The main level entertainment room has a beautiful gas fireplace and a 65" ultra HD TV. In the lower level you will find a bedroom with a wood pine queen size bed and HD TV with cable. The large lower entertainment area has a large couch that can be pulled out into a queen size bed, a 65" Ultra HD TV, an electric fireplace/heater TV stand, games, movies, and a ping pong table. This level also has a newly remodeled bathroom. The outdoor area speaks for itself. Updated stamped patio, fire pit, hot tub, tetherball and an outdoor kitchen. It's just a great place to hang out.
