The unit was completely renovated in 2020. It has a totally new bath w/ a shower, updated cabinets and countertop, new luxury vinyl flooring, new refrigeration, recently replaced ac/heater. The microwave, the toaster oven and the induction cooktop will stay. The sleeper sofa was reupholstered and the bed frame and mattress was replaced in 2020. I have never rented this unit.
I have an eight foot kayak w/ a paddle and life preserver that I will throw in with the condo. I will take a lot of personal things including my grandfather headboard and possibly the TV.
