The condo has excellent, plush, quality carpet throughout, and is recently painted with beautiful gray colors, has excellent quality fixtures and appliances, large kitchen with an eating bar. There is an abundance of closet space as well as storage. The patio is rather large and looks right out to woods and a creek. This unit is managed by the owner and is ready to go! Everything is done "by the book." As the owner, I try to make expectations as clear as possible. Long-term renters are preferred (two or more years' lease). When you put in an "application," you will need to run a background and credit report. As a general rule, pets are not preferred, but there are exceptions.
