Criminal background check where legally applicable must be free of any: any sexual offense, any violent offense, any weapon offense, any conviction for hate crime, any conviction for illegal drug offense, any conviction for Marijuana trafficking/manufacture, any conviction for criminal mischief, any conviction fraud/dishonesty, any crimes related to animal cruelty, any conviction of financial crime.
