No pets or section 8 accepted. An application must be submitted for each adult that will be living in the home. Each application is $25.00 cash and that will need to be in exact change as we do not have change in the office. You will also need a Drivers License or State issued ID and 1 month of curent benefits or pay stubs. We do NOT do a credit check, we do a background check, which will include prior evictions.
