We do suggest visiting the property and neighborhood you are interested in. We cannot allow you to inspect a property until an application is submitted and approved. This property is still available and if you are still interested you will need to come to 1930 Reynolds Avenue in North Charleston to fill out the application. One application must be submitted for each adult that will be living in the home. Each application must include $25.00 cash and that will need to be in exact change as we do not have change in the office. You will need your Drivers License or State issued ID and your last two pay stubs. We do NOT do a credit check, we do a background check, which will include prior evictions.
