Private second story bedroom with its own bathroom tucked away on the second story of the house, which was recently built. Shared kitchen, living room, and laundry room. Background check will be required. No smoking allowed inside, but is fine outside the house. Parking will be on the street in front of the house, which has plenty of space. We have 3 cats who don't get along with other animals, so no additional pets will be allowed. We will require one month's rent as a security deposit, which will be conditionally refunded at the end of the tenancy. We will take care of general house maintenance, and just ask that you are respectful of us, our house, and our pets, and help keep the common areas clean if you use them. Minimum lease length of 6 months, but can be extended.
