I have a cat who is wonderful but not comfortable around strange animals.) No smokers. No heavy drinkers. 10x10 front room in 2-bedroom house with closet and ceiling fan. (Included pictures in listing are from house sale, so some aspects have changed and house is more lived in, but furniture is largely the same.) I occupy neighboring bedroom, and we'd share living room, kitchen and bathroom. The backyard is wonderful for summer hangouts with BBQ, hammock and covered seating area. There is also a semi-finished garage that I reserve primarily as an office and movie, video game, and workout space. But it can be available as a shared flex space so long as it is respected. While the house is 760 sq ft, the garage adds an additional 300 sq ft, so it provides plenty of extra space to spread out. House is in Woodlawn neighborhood two blocks from Tough Luck, Tamale Boy, and Ranch Pizza. Woodlawn Coffee and both Alberta Park and Woodlawn Park are in walking distance. I'm a pretty laidback 40-year-old wedding photographer who enjoys outdoor adventures, movies, board games, and the Blazers. I have a cat and a partner, who stays over once or twice a week. We keep it respectful and expect the same of a tenant and their friends and partner. Shared utilities, averaging ~$125/month. Lease is month-to-month, but hoping for someone intending to stay at least a year if we're jiving. (Zillow isn't letting me put month-to-month for "Lease Duration".
