We started our family in this home and could not have been happier with the neighborhood and proximity to Durango and the great outdoors. Our oldest son learned to bike ride right in front of our house. (Thank you big speed bumps.) We had a successful organic garden the last two years. The back yard is fenced and giant. Great for kids and pets. The interior was fully remodeled in 2011 including bathrooms and kitchen. The kitchen has granite counter tops and new stove (2016). The washer and dryer and refrigerator were replaced in 2011. We finished the back yard porch and patio area in 2015. Our neighbors are awesome! This ranch-style home is perfect for families with kids and/or pets. We hope it brings it’s new owners as much joy as we found living here.
