Elings Park is a short walk away, offering ocean views as a reward for your exercise. The property is slightly under a mile from Cottage Hospital, making this a great option for traveling nurses. We wanted to make sure that the space was filled with character, avoiding the typical simple designs of most SB rental units. With this goal in mind, we created a space we would personally love to stay. With its charming decor and modern amenities, it's a place where you can create cherished memories and experience the true essence of Santa Barbara. The unit is detached from the main house where we reside, offering you all the privacy you need with the convenience of the owners being available to you in a jiff. We loved our previous tenant but are happy for her as she is leaving to a pursue a masters from Harvard. She is happy to be a reference if you'd like. Some details to note: -There are no more plants along the entrance now, the photos are from last year -Unit will be available Jan 1, possibly a couple of days earlier -Rent includes all utilities including internet -If interested, please send us a bit of information about yourself and we can schedule a tour -Winner will need to undergo a background and credit check Due to City of Santa Barbara rules and regulations, the lease term must be a minimum of 30 days.
