Elings Park is a short walk away, offering ocean views as a reward for your exercise. The property is slightly under a mile from Cottage Hospital, making this a great option for traveling nurses. We wanted to make sure that the space was filled with character, avoiding the typical simple designs of most SB rental units. With this goal in mind, we created a space we would personally love to stay. With its charming decor and modern amenities, it's a place where you can create cherished memories and experience the true essence of Santa Barbara. The unit is detached from the main house where we reside, offering you all the privacy you need with the convenience of the owners being available to you in a jiff. We loved our previous tenant but are happy for her that she decided to move to SB full time and get a long-term unfurnished unit. She is happy to be a reference if you'd like.
