I have a german Shepard who is very friendly to humans and dogs. I do expect your dog to be potty trained, well mannered, and well taken care of. If you're dog is aggressive in any way, runs off, doesn't listen, jumps on people - It's not a good fit. I also expect that you give your dog proper attention and exercise to avoid bad behaviors like running off, whining, or excessive energy. The other roommate Jess, has a cat allergy. So we won't be able to have a cat in the home. If you do have a pet, pet rent is $40 a month. There is street parking directly in front of the home. Lease is month to month, and your security deposit will be returned as long as you give me a proper 30 day's notice that you are moving out. Meaning if you plan to move out on the 30th, I need to know by the 1st. To receive your security deposit, I also expect that nothing has been broken. I expect that you clean up after yourself.
