We are selling the lease to our beautiful 1 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment located in the Manchester West apartment complex. The apartment will be available and ready March 26th, though we are somewhat flexible on the move-in date. The complex has a community pool, tennis courts, etc. This particular unit is very spacious, has a big kitchen, spacious closet, washer and dryer included, full size bathroom, fridge, stove, dishwasher, lots of storage space, etc. The complex also offers covered parking for your vehicle (at an extra cost). The neighborhood, and apartment complex in whole, is ideal for young professionals, a small family, or even college students. It is a 5 minute drive, 10 minute bike ride or 30 minute walk to downtown Ann Arbor, the YMCA, Kroger, Dairy Queen, HOMES and there is a bus stop right out front of the complex.
